Two Years, One Payment

Eligible customers who sign up September 23 through December 31, 2026 can get the two-year ESA special: four maintenance visits and four filters per unit within 24 months. Fresno County: $170 per unit for the full two years. Outside Fresno County: $200 for the first unit and $190 for each additional unit. Payment is due in full at the first visit.

New ESA members qualify, along with former members whose last agreement ended at least 24 months ago. Current ESA members do not qualify. Read the full eligibility, payment, cancellation, transfer, and enrollment terms before enrolling. Nothing renews automatically.

If you cancel after your two-year ESA begins, there is no refund for unused service, and remaining visits and filters are forfeited, except where the law requires otherwise. If you sell your home, the remaining ESA transfers to the new owner and keeps the original end date.

Regular annual ESA

The regular plan is separate from the two-year special. It includes two visits and two filters per unit within 12 months, priority scheduling, and 10% off replacement parts, excluding labor and new units. Read the annual plan’s complete prices and terms.
