Cooling and heating repair
Describe which areas are affected and any error, unusual sound, water, or change in airflow. Staff discusses the visit and confirms the appointment. A technician explains the diagnosis and proposed work before repair approval.
The commercial diagnosis visit charge is $129 for the first hour. Parts are separate, and the charge is not credited toward repair or replacement. If diagnosis needs more time, the technician asks before continuing at the hourly rate or provides a repair quote. Parts and labor are quoted before repair work. Visits after 5 pm and on weekends use time-and-a-half rates. A $150 travel charge applies per visit in Coalinga, Hanford, Lemoore, Oakhurst, and other communities farther from Fresno; confirm the charge with the office before arranging a visit.
Maintenance for your site
Ask for a maintenance schedule based on the equipment, manufacturer’s instructions, and building use. Confirm the visits, included checks, filters, prices, and any priority or discount terms. A residential ESA is not a statement of every commercial plan’s scope.

Coordinate access and approval
