Commercial HVAC replacement in the Central Valley
Compare the building’s needs, the current system’s condition, and the full installation scope before approving a replacement. Nalk works with business owners and property managers from its Fresno office.
Start with the existing problem
Bring the equipment information and repair history if available. Explain comfort complaints, affected rooms or tenants, operating hours, and access restrictions. Ask whether repair remains a reasonable option and what supports a replacement recommendation.
The commercial diagnosis visit charge is $129 for the first hour. Parts are separate, and the charge is not credited toward repair or replacement. If diagnosis needs more time, the technician asks before continuing at the hourly rate or provides a repair quote. Parts and labor are quoted before repair work. Visits after 5 pm and on weekends use time-and-a-half rates. A $150 travel charge applies per visit in Coalinga, Hanford, Lemoore, Oakhurst, and other communities farther from Fresno; confirm the charge with the office before arranging a visit.
Review a site-specific scope
- Heating and cooling capacity and the areas served.
- Selected equipment, controls, ducts, and electrical or gas work.
- Roof or crane access where relevant and responsibilities for other building work.
- Permits, removal, installation checks, warranty, and handover.
- The full price, schedule, and any work excluded from the quote.
A new system does not guarantee lower operating costs, improved tenant retention, or a set payback period. Running costs depend on the building, equipment, rates, and use.
Arrange work after approval
Installation and replacement estimates are free. Already have a repair, installation, or replacement quote from another company? Ask about our free second quote. A request becomes an appointment when the office confirms the date and time.
Staff arranges the installation after you approve the quote. Discuss business access and any interruption to service in advance. This page does not promise zero downtime or an installation duration for every building.
Plan maintenance
Ask for the commercial maintenance scope, visit schedule, and terms that fit the equipment. Keep service records and operating instructions with the building’s equipment documents.
