Wash condenser coil with non-acid coil cleaner (optional)

Verify drive belt/s are clean and tight (if equipped)

Lubricate drive bearings (if possible)

Inspect accessible areas for signs of leaks

Inspect the electrical service disconnect, control circuits, and compressor terminals for damage

Check HP, LP, and oil safety controls (if equipped)

Verify economizer peration, linkage, and temperature setting

Verify system supply voltage

Verify component amp draw

Verify head pressure, suction pressure

Verify supply and return split

Inspect pilot burner assembly, main burners, and main gas valve

Inspect inducer motor and verify shaft turns freely

Inspect ignition system

Check gas supply for leaks

Verify inducer motor starts and read amp draw

Verify burner ignition and sequence of operation

Test ignition safety shut off

Verify limit and fan control

Verify blower drive motor amp draw

Verify shut down sequence

Inspect firebox (if rollout or flame lifting occurs)
